Shailendra has spent more than two decades at the helm of software delivery organisations, building and leading the teams that ship complex systems for clients across the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and Japan. Twice a founder, he has grown engineering businesses from the ground up and led large delivery organisations, carrying responsibility for budgets, client commitments and the outcomes that followed. At iLytix he sets the company's direction and stands personally behind every engagement, from the first conversation on scope to the discipline that carries a product into production.
