Isha works on business development at iLytix: outbound to founders, product leaders and agency partners, working out what a client is actually trying to build, and carrying a qualified requirement through to the engineering team that will scope it. Most clients speak to her before they speak to an engineer, which makes the first conversation the place where a vague idea becomes something that can be scoped, estimated and delivered.
