Refund & Cancellation Policy
iLytix provides professional services that involve planning and resource allocation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments made for our services are non-refundable.
1. No Refund Policy
Payments for software development, consulting, resource augmentation, subscriptions, training, support, hosting, and deployment are non-refundable.
2. Client Abandonment
If a Client becomes unresponsive or abandons a project for more than 15 days, the Client remains liable for all billed work. No refunds will be provided.
3. Cancellations
Clients may cancel an engagement; however, all completed work and expenses up to the cancellation date remain payable. No refunds will be issued.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only in limited cases such as duplicate payments or billing errors. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
